I am very flexible with my hours but generally work 8am - 6pm daily.
I invoice monthly in advance.
Invoices are issued during the third or forth week of the month, to be paid by BACS on or before the last day of the month preceding the month that childcare is required.
Please note that I no longer accept cheques. I do, however, accept various Childcare vouchers.
If I am ill or on holiday, no fee is payable. However, if you or your child are ill or on holiday, the full normal fee is payable.
I endeavour to give parents my holiday dates as far in advance as possible so that holidays can be co-ordinated. It is important to note that it is the space that is being paid for, not whether or not your child is using it. Full fees are payable at all other times with the following exception: if a child is on a term-time only contract, a half fee retainer is payable during school holidays, holding his/her place.
Meals
I ask parents to provide meals for their children except for breakfast and snacks/fruit which I provide at no extra charge.
I do not have fixed hours of work: my hours of work will be negotiated on an individual basis with the parent/cares and a contract signed with the stated hours. I drop children off and pick up from Nursery and Primary schools on a regular basis

I am open to any child and family dependent me being able to cater for their needs. I have a detailed admissions and settling in policy which is available to all parents. The policy states that, all children require a settling in period in order to adjust to new surroundings and routines. I will also request a four-week trial period on our contract, so if you, your child or I am not happy with the arrangement it can be terminated easily
Cover for Holidays
I regularly see two childminders who are happy to cover my holidays (space permitting) when your child has been with me for a while and is completely comfortable with the other childminders and their houses.
